SYNChronicity 2020 Virtual is the distinct national HIV, HCV, STI and LGBTQ health conference led by HealthHIV, HealthHCV, and the National Coalition for LGBT Health. SYNC 2020 will be held virtually September 8-11, 2020 with a diverse range of thousands of participants including medical providers, healthcare workers, state, local and federal government officials, faith and community-based organizations, and others addressing HIV, HCV, STI, and LGBTQ health. The conference features distinct sessions designed to help participants “SYNC” systems, data, programs, models, interventions, and policies, addressing and creating targeted solutions in this dynamic healthcare environment. Please refer to this announcement and video for complete details on the SYNC 2020 virtual experience.

What Benefits Do Organizational Partners Receive?

Our diverse group of Partner Organizations working in HIV, HCV, STI and/or LGBTQ health help bring the concept of synchronicity to life at the conference. We invite your organization to become a partner and receive these benefits

  • Two complimentary full registrations (valued at $250) with the purchase of a virtual exhibit boot
  • Expansive visibility and branding opportunities throughout all conference promotional platforms (website, mailers, mobile app, videos, etc.) identifying all SYNC 2020 Partner Organizations with clickable logos leading to a preferred link. This can be used as an opportunity to promote an activity, new resource, etc. as our promotions reach over 50,000 healthcare professionals regularly.
  • Interact, network and synchronize with leading organizations in this diverse healthcare community
  • A pre-conference webinar or virtual event (committee meeting, roundtable, focus group, advisory group, etc.) during the conference to address issues of interest to you and promote your organization's programs/services. If this is of interest, the conference organizer's can coordinate this with you to minimize your time and maximize your reach.
